Yuk-yuk, usually, a pitcher gets booed when he leaves the mound, not when he takes it!
Funny how the play-by-play guy tries to talk over the booing at the end. Bastard! Should have turned up the microphone and held it out the window. Harry Carey would have done it that way.
This dissolved me in paroxysms of laughter the first time I saw it. I had to play it over and over, each time I yelled louder! LOUDER! Finally, Trophy wife slapped me upside the head!
Call me a potty mouth and i'll follow you home! It was a nice moment to see bush get booed so loudly, but I think he's had his hearing tinkered with so no words or sounds of disapproval reach his tiny brain.
I almost posted this one. It was one of the most hearting clips I'd seen in quite some time. Thank you for posting it, B4F—a nice start for the weekend.
